The apartment is simple to use and everything is pretty intuitive, so there’s not much to figure out. It will have just been cleaned before you arrive. Here are a few tips to help you.

|Power goes off||The master fuse box is by the front door. If power goes off, it’s likely to be the master switch that needs resetting||Let us know if this happens|
|Music||There are Bluetooth speakers you can connect a phone or ipad to. For Spanish music stations you’ll get these through the main TV||For the speakers simply switch them on; switch the bluetooth on: do the same with your phone and hook up with your new best friend speakers: sorted!|
|Bed linen||There should be fresh bedding in the room. It would be helpful if you could wash it on departure if there’s time – (simply place over a drying rack to dry it).||If you need extra bedding (including pillows and duvets) it’s stored in the small bedroom wardrobe.|
|Towels||Please bring a beach towel. |
There are a couple of black towels in the small bedroom but no beach towels, so do bring one.

|How the aircon works||In the summer months (April-Oct) you may want the airconditioning at night. It flows air to every room and the single control is in the living room. You can set the speed as well as the temp. It only works effectively when the doors and windows are closed. In Jan you may need air con for warming the place.||When you run the aircon, remember to close the windows including the one in the store room. Ensure the aircon is switched off when you leave.|
|Boiler||Press and hold the round switch with 3 arrows to switch it on. Quickly press to set the temperature (we normally do 60). There’s an 80 litre tank.|| |
|Balcony doors||There are double doors in the bedroom and the living room. |
Eating breakfast and having coffees on the balcony is a great way to start the day.
|Always lock when you go out. Switch air con off when the doors are open Put the balcony chairs in the living room when you leave |
Remember to lock the bolts at the top and bottom of the left hand door when you go out, as well as the main door handle
|First aid box||In the store room – and there’s a thermometer with it|| We're letting you know its there but cant make any warrantee of the contents. There's a helpful pharmacy on the corner of the next block.|
|Intercom||The buzzer is on the phone.||The front doorbell is temperamental and needs to be pushed very hard to work|
|Shower cleaner||There’s a plastic window wipe – use it after you hose down the glass in the shower|| |

There’s a bit of our stuff around like drinks in the kitchen and clothes in the main wardrobe in the corridor. Feel free to move anything you need to.
